Operate carpet-cleaning equipment to clean carpetsLends assistance during trash-out of apartment; e.g., moving heavy/bulky items to the dumpster Report accident and emergencies to the community manager immediately and by use of the appropriate reporting proceduresParticipate in on-call rotation for emergency serviceMaintain a working knowledge of all fair housing laws, policies, and practices, and be fair and consistent in upholding thesePerform additional tasks and responsibilities as requiredFlexible and capable of prioritizing tasks when working in a busy and changing environment SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent requiredA valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is required. Assist in the daily clean up of the exterior of the community including grounds, breezeways, office, model, and all common areasRoutinely performs the following duties to restore apartments to "market ready" status:Check all lights and replace as necessaryReplace or repair windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, and closet doorsExamine, diagnose, and repair appliances as necessary.
