This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, risk management, and scalability of basket creation/redemption workflows while partnering closely with Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Technology, and Client Service teams. The VP will lead teams supporting daily ETF basket operations, drive operational excellence, strengthen controls, and support growth initiatives including new fund launches, complex products, and regulatory change.
