The Director will lead efforts in identifying and securing new opportunities, site feasibility, underwriting, entitlements, design, financing, marketing, construction and dispositions of residential finished lot projects with a primary focus on Washington and Oregon. Primary responsibility will be to lead the project management of Hines' first lot development in the Pacific Northwest, including feasibility, design, entitlement strategy, budget management, permitting, construction, marketing and dispositions.
