Experience : Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in architectural consulting or multi-family design involving garden, mid-rise and high-rise construction including experience with mixed use buildings, interiors, site design and construction document production administration required. Lead project design and technical reviews, give detailed input on layout, units, programming, constructability, detailing, coordination, code, accessibility and sustainability, promoting Holland best practices and ensuring alignment with project vision, function, aesthetic, and financial goals.
