Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies and processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times; Responsible for project adherence for safety, compliance with Federal and State regulations and corporate policies; Monitor, evaluate, optimize billing and invoicing processes for each project / customer based on specific agreements and contract details; Must demonstrate responsibility for project revenue, cost analysis and control including all supporting documentation; Evaluate internal processes, practices and procedures for continuous improvement and optimization; Be the point of contact for all related revenue and cost correspondence with both internal and external parties for a project; Evaluate proposals, including cost estimates and work scopes and schedules against contract terms and conditions, rates; Provides revenue/cost analysis support for proposal preparation, project cost estimates, and subcontractor selection and procurement as needed; Ability to write and communicate with Clients and fellow employees; . High School diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree in accounting, management, financial services preferred; Excellent record keeping and organizational skills; Financial tracking/monitoring and computer experience; Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously, completing deadlines and responsibilities in a remote work environment; Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong time management, prioritization skills; Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are necessary; Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
