The Business Analyst will work closely with underwriting, claims, policy administration, distribution, product, technology, and executive stakeholders to understand business needs, evaluate processes, define requirements, and ensure technology solutions align with business objectives. Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, data mappings, and use/test cases.
