Leveraging standardized checklists, photo documentation, and app-based quality control, Slate ensures consistent, high-quality results for boutique fitness studios and other commercial spaces.<br/><br/>This role is ideal for individuals who thrive working independently during overnight hours and enjoy maintaining pristine environments. As part of a two-person team, you'll be responsible for deep cleaning a boutique fitness studio and, for the Lead position, overseeing shift logistics and supply management.<br/><br/>Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Deep clean fitness studio areas including equipment, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby, and retail spaces</li><li>Take before and after photos at each visit to document quality</li><li>Follow a detailed bilingual cleaning checklist to ensure thoroughness</li><li>Clock in and out via mobile app at each location</li><li>(Lead) Track inventory of cleaning supplies and place restocking orders as needed</li><li>(Lead) Manage cleaner attendance and coordinate same-night shift coverage when necessary</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3>Required Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Reliable personal vehicle for commuting to the Charlottesville, VA work site</li><li>Consistent overnight availability for shifts starting at 11:00 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday</li><li>Ability to use a smartphone for clocking in/out and uploading before/after photos</li><li>Authorized to work in the United States</li><li>Able to perform cleaning physical demands including lifting, carrying, stairs, and prolonged bending/kneeling</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Experience working independently on overnight or unsupervised shifts</li><li>Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience</li><li>Prior lead or supervisory experience</li><li>Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive hourly pay: $16/hr for Cleaner, $18/hr for Lead</li><li>Performance bonuses for high-quality ratings and shift streaks (up to ~$340/month)</li><li>Solo coverage bonuses for additional responsibility</li><li>Flexible part-time schedule with overnight shifts</li><li>Opportunity for advancement to Lead position</li></ul>
