Provides general support as required by senior executives Required Skills: * Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English * Demonstrates the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing at all levels of seniority, both formally and informally * High School diploma or some college * Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision * Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Experience in customer service Preferred Skills: * Acts quickly in response to customer problems, takes ownership and sees them through to satisfactory conclusion * Able to interact professionally and courteously with customers in a face-to-face situation. Job Responsibility: * Possess dynamic thinking, team player attitude that takes pride in your work * Welcomes and check's in on-site visitors, determines nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate personnel in order to ensure good customer service * Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate personnel, department or voicemail to ensure all calls are addressed * Maintains facility visitor management systems and access control procedures to ensure good customer service and security.
