Key Responsibilities: Collect and process blood specimens accurately and safely Provide excellent patient care and clear communication during procedures Maintain confidentiality and accurate patient records Follow all clinical and forensic collection procedures Ensure a clean, safe, and professional work environment Support daily operations under supervisor direction Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (required) Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience (required) Strong phlebotomy skills (pediatric & geriatric preferred) Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in some states) Strong data entry and keyboard skills Customer service experience preferred Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overtime This role requires direct patient interaction, maintaining professionalism, and following all established procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment.
