Consider applying with us today!</p><p>Job Summary</p><p>Columbus State University has an opening for a Student Assistant position in the Office of the President.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>Answer telephone, greet and assist guests, and provide professional customer service with flexibility. Update and check calendars frequently for expected meetings, maintain copier and conference room supplies, new hire orientation items, typing, filing, organizing materials, and other duties as assigned. Check work email regularly as this is how projects and tasks will most often be communicated. Ask Supervisor for tasks daily.</p><p>Required Qualifications</p><p>Must be a CSU undergraduate student in good standing. Ability to execute detailed, accurate, and timely work. Student should possess excellent oral, written, and organizational skills with attention to detail; experience in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred. Qualified applicant will have a brief interview process.</p><p>Proposed Salary</p><p>The salary is commensurate with education and experience.
