CNA’s provide routine daily care to assigned patients/residents in accordance with their clinical assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by a nurse/supervisor. Assists with patient personal care needs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, positioning, etc.) as trained and in accordance with all safety and other regulations.
