Occasional cleaning of restrooms, laundry, cabins, office store and surrounding areas.SPECIFIC DUTIESD Provide outstanding customer service over the phone and in person, by being attentive, responsive and helpful to their needs. Report any problems, requests or complaints to the appropriate management.D Follow cash and credit card handling procedures.D Follow proper procedures for the handling of registrations, reservations and store operations.0  Promote KOA system to customers and be knowledgeable of all national and local advertising and discount programs for the campground.D Give clear directions to campers to and from the campground.D Implement daily, weekly and monthly schedule cleaning programs instituted by the Campground Owner/Manager for all front office, store, restrooms, laundry facility and stocking store.D Keep the surrounding area of the main building, mini golf, playground and pool area clean and free of litter.D Water plants and lawns as asked.0  Follow safety procedures and enforce campground rules.D Perform all other duties assigned by the Campground Owner/Manager.EXPECTED RESULTS Friendly and professional camper service.  Positive attitude with guests, management and team members.  Ability to deal with customer related and non-customer related problems.
