Lead the planning and execution of planned and emergent gas turbine work by defining scopes, critical-path activities, outage durations, labor and resource requirements, tooling, materials, contractor support, site logistics, schedules, cost controls, risk-mitigation plans, and turnover requirements to improve productivity and minimize outage duration. Develop business cases, annual and long-range business plans, operating and capital forecasts, internal-versus-contracted service strategies, vendor and original equipment manufacturer relationships, and customer engagement plans that support departmental, generation, and corporate objectives.
