Payments Operations consists of over 9,500 employees who perform operations functions across a comprehensive suite of products and services, including cash and card payments, merchant services, receivables, trade finance and liquidity management. You will identify emerging fraud trends, develop and optimize fraud detection strategies, and partner across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and external stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions that balance fraud prevention, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
