In this role you will set the multi-year technology vision, orchestrate large-scale IT transformation, and ensure our architecture, engineering practices, and modern infrastructure capabilities are deliberately aligned to business strategy and operating realities for a headquarters organization that enables a large franchise network. Partner with senior leadership to ensure technology risk, resilience, modernization priorities, and technical debt are managed as enterprise-level concerns while driving measurable transformation outcomes (cycle time, cost-to-serve, reliability, time-to-value).
