In addition to general end-user support, this position is specifically trained to identify, triage, and help resolve problems on the IT-supported shop-floor manufacturing systems used at the facility (for example, plant-floor and warehouse computers, label and thermal printers, barcode scanners, handheld RF devices, scanning and labeling stations, Manufacturing/Warehouse client applications, and IT-managed floor network connectivity).
