As a member of our Client Services team, your job would involve:Troubleshooting, researching, and solving customer software and system problemsActing as the primary contact for clientsAnswering customer questionsProcessing requests for software enhancements and system modificationsCorresponding with customers over the phone and through letters, fax and emailProviding customer education, both internally at MEDITECH and at customer sitesWorking on a variety of group projects, communicating with development staffMentoring co-workersTraveling 10-15% of the timeRequirementsExperience in Nursing, Pharmacy, Radiology, Physician Practice or Hospital, Emergency Department, Operating Room, Laboratory, Ambulatory or Behavioral Health is a plus, but not required. Bachelors or Associates degree preferred and/or applicable training, education, or customer service experience, and/or related military experienceExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExceptional project management and organizational skillsAbility to work well independently and as part of a teamAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsYou may be required to show proof of vaccination when traveling to a customer site unless you have an approved medical or religious exemption.
