This role focuses on CAD design packages, tool utility connections, and hands-on equipment support for production tools such as wire bonders, die attach systems, dicing saws, seal/lid seal equipment, IC handlers, wafer probers, automated test equipment (ATE), and burn-in ovens/boards. Equipment Support: Provide electrical and mechanical troubleshooting for Assembly and Test tools including wire bond, die attach, saw, seal, handlers, probers, testers, and burn-in equipment.
