Required Job Qualifications: • Experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and stand-up riders • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work cooperatively with staff and volunteers, as well as independently • Ability to move, lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds in a safe manner • Ability to work in a warehouse environment and in adverse weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and snow • Basic knowledge of food safety requirements • Basic computer skills with the ability to complete reports and maintain accurate records • Valid Virginia driver's license with a safe driving record required. This position is primarily a hands-on warehouse role including operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely lifting and moving products, and working in varying warehouse conditions.
