As a Clinical Supervisor, you are responsible for working with senior leaders to optimize team performance, Community Care Organization Metrics, Oregon Health Authority Primary Care Patient Centered Medical Home, preventive health care measures, access to care and other organizational directed initiatives. Education and Experience:Eight years of education and/or experience in business or medical office administration, or similar, including one year of experience in a supervisory, management, or leadership role; Or an equivalent combination of experience and training that will demonstrate the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.
