What You'll Do: Global Payroll Execution & Oversight: Manage, audit, and execute multi-country payroll delivery across 15+ international countries, including payroll inputs, validation, approvals, funding coordination, reconciliations, statutory filings, and post-payroll activities ensure high accuracy and strict adherence to strict regional pay schedules. The role partners closely with Payroll Vendors and internal teams across People, Finance, Tax, Legal, Treasury, Equity, and Internal Audit to deliver accurate, timely, compliant, and employee-centered payroll outcomes.
