Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree preferred • Thorough understanding of the securities industry and regulations with a particular emphasis on derivatives trading • Understanding of futures execution, trading procedures, and pricing • Working knowledge of futures products, margin requirements, and trade processing • Proven background in trading-focused role with extensive knowledge of margin treatment and risk management • Ability to work independently and utilize decision-making skills to address and resolve client issues • Strong work ethic, extraordinary interpersonal skills, and team orientation • Heightened sense of ownership and responsibility • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
