Monitor and optimize performance of HVAC systems including centrifugal chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, air handlers, VAV systems, CRAC units, package units, refrigeration systems, compressed air systems, and associated utilities. Lead asset management activities within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring equipment records, preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, and spare parts inventories remain accurate and optimized.
