WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?In this Regional Clinical Director role, you guide the design, launch, and expansion of consult services while collaborating daily with physician specialists, executive leaders, NPs, PAs, and facility teams; you define clinical protocols, oversee quality metrics, mentor providers, manage multi-site operations, monitor dashboards, ensure CMS and state compliance, lead RCAs when needed, and act as the clinical connector aligning strategy, quality, workforce development, and operational execution-all while advancing MedCap's mission across states and specialties.
