Working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, practice leadership, Perioperative Services, Finance, Revenue Cycle, Human Resources, IT, and other hospital departments, the Director develops and executes strategies that improve patient access, optimize clinical and surgical capacity, support high quality and patient-centered care, enhance patient clinical outcomes, improve the patient experience, and ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the practice. The Director of Mansfield Orthopaedics provides strategic and operational leadership for the Mansfield Orthopaedics practice at Copley Hospital, with responsibility for patient access, referral management, scheduling, clinic operations, provider support, staffing, financial performance, and surgical throughput.
