Responsible for the day-to-day orientation and initial training of clinic/outpatient clinical caregivers, supports Mercy's design of training and education modules, blending sound best practice research, adult learning techniques, creativity, and the mission, values, charisms, and vision of the Sisters of Mercy. Able to lead medical intervention training/education emergency initiatives in the case of disease outbreak, embrace strategic vision, balancing knowledge and understanding of Mercy-wide, Communities, and OTE-specific plans and goals.
