In conjunction with the Chief Dental Officer, VP of Clinical Performance, Chief Field Operations, Regional Dental Directors, and District Managers, this position is responsible for coaching/mentoring all doctors, the management and supervision of personnel, client/patient relations and satisfaction, and serving as a role model for office teams. Participate in community events to include dental school meetings, board member meetings, dental associations and other opportunities to represent the Company in the dental and local communities.
