Prior experience providing nursing care or clinical leadership in a dedicated Memory Care setting is strongly preferred, with demonstrated knowledge of Alzheimer's disease, dementia-related behaviors, person-centered care practices, and the ability to coach and support associates caring for individuals with cognitive impairment. Clinical Leadership & Resident Care: Partners closely with the Resident Services Director (Director of Nursing) to oversee daily nursing operations, coordinate resident care services, and provide clinical guidance to nursing and care teams within the Memory Care neighborhood.
