In partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM), estimate and track site-level case volumes and maintain an accurate full-time equivalent (FTE) staffing model for clinical data abstractors to assess workload, monitor trends, support equitable resource allocation across participating hospitals, and inform payment calculations. Guide and oversee multiple key committees and workstreams, including the patient advisory council, sepsis site visits, antimicrobial site visits, antimicrobial data meetings, critical care data meetings, sepsis data meetings, and sepsis facilitated QI implementation, ensuring effective collaboration and outcomes.
