Responsibilities include developing and delivering clinical curricula, administering and evaluating competency-based assessments, monitoring treatment fidelity, reviewing documentation practices, and providing ongoing consultation and supervision to enhance assessment, intervention, crisis response, and clinical decision-making skills. Designs and implements competency-based assessments, coaching plans, and fidelity measures; uses performance, observational, and documentation data to monitor staff growth, evaluate training effectiveness, and adjust support as needed.
