The Director will work closely with executive leadership, operations, project executives, Business Development, HR, and Talent Acquisition to forecast workforce needs and develop staffing strategies across multiple business units and locations. This senior-level position will ensure the right people are assigned to the right projects at the right time by balancing project requirements, employee capabilities, technical expertise, workload, availability, geography, and professional development.
