Key Responsibilities · Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial restaurant equipment · Service equipment including: · Commercial mixers · Ovens, fryers, steamers · Food prep equipment · Refrigeration units · Smallware’s equipment with mechanical components· Perform electrical diagnostics (motors, switches, wiring, relays, controls) · Repair mechanical systems (belts, bearings, gear assemblies, drive components) · Read and interpret wiring diagrams and service manuals · Complete detailed service reports · Provide professional, customer-focused service onsite · Maintain company vehicle and service inventory Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Equipment Service Technician .
