Spearheads the planning, development and/or implementation of clinical pharmacy programs such as formulary reviews, medication use evaluations, process improvements, quality assessments, medication safety, cost containment strategies, and resource utilization. Represents the pharmacy department and partners with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., nurses, physicians, etc.) to promote customer satisfaction and ensure positive interdepartmental relationships.
