SKILLS: Ability to serve as the organization's primary resource regarding regulatory requirements such as JCAHO, CMS, OSHA, DOH, CYFD and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities relating to behavioral health/ substance abuse in Outpatient services.
