The 9-month, non-tenure track Clinical Instructor I position requires teaching undergraduate courses in the Nutrition & Family Sciences (NFS) Department, mentorship of students, and service to the department, college, university, and professional organizations. Preference is given to expertise in one or more of the following: meal management, food science, experimental foods, sports nutrition, metabolic nutrition, food economics, nutrition services administration, or clinical nutrition.
