This role is responsible for ensuring Epic, digital health platforms, telehealth capabilities, and in-room technologies operate as a single, integrated experience layer, supporting Northwell's strategy to deliver a seamless, consumer-grade, hospitality-driven patient and provider experience across all sites of care.
