Daily orders for therapies and interventions, including, but not limited to, furnishing medications, diagnostic tests, respiratory care including ventilator management, nutrition, fluid and electrolyte support, and blood and blood products. Uses the advanced practice nursing process to collect patient data, analyze data in determining diagnosis, identifying expected outcomes, developing a plan of care, implementing and evaluating the patient's progress toward goals.
