The Pharmacy Manager/PIC ensures compliance with all federal and state laws and regulatory requirements, oversees medication dispensing and inventory management, and supports initiatives that promote high-quality patient care, cost-effectiveness, patient safety, and community health. Under the direction of the Chief Pharmacy Officer, this role oversees daily pharmacy operations, supervises pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, clerks, and ancillary personnel, and manages clinical services.
