Title: Staff Psychiatrist Status: Full-Time, Hybrid Reports To: Medical Director, Associate Medical Director Salary: $250,000 - $290,000 annually based on experience, Sign-on bonus available Location: Dutchess County, New York Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week Function: The Psychiatrist provides comprehensive outpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management to clients served by Family Services’ Behavioral Health Centers in Dutchess and Ulster Counties. Working as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team and reporting to the Medical Director, the Psychiatrist uses professional clinical judgment to deliver evidence-based, culturally responsive care that addresses clients’ biological, psychological, social, and wellness needs, supports recovery, and promotes continuity of care.
