You'll serve as the clinical documentation subject matter expert within a fast-moving innovation team, partnering with product leaders, engineers, data scientists and AI specialists to create future-state workflows, validate emerging technologies, and develop solutions that improve documentation quality and downstream revenue cycle outcomes. We're seeking a senior Clinical Documentation Integrity leader who understands how documentation impacts quality, coding, denials, reimbursement and physician engagement, and who is ready to help redesign how the work gets done.
