Utilizing their significant experience, the Senior Epic Clinical Pharmacy Applications Analyst provides counsel and guidance that promotes best practices for clinical medication management, looking beyond the traditional means of delivering knowledge by analyzing complex processes and outcomes data from Epic Applications to develop and implement new solutions for embedding knowledge into the workflow. Designs, develops, analyzes, and evaluates system wide clinical pharmacy programs and that support hospital and organizational goals, objectives and strategies to achieve safe, appropriate, accessible, cost effective, integrated and collaborative high quality clinical pharmacy services that improve health care and safe medication use.
