Works with nursing leaders to ensure that staffing systems incorporate patient needs, staff member skill sets and staff mix to provide skilled nurses and adequate resources to accomplish desired outcomes. The Clinical Nurse Specialist will practice in the Oncology/Med-Surg, and Float Pool areas, providing education, mentoring, quality improvement, patient experience initiatives, and EBP to this population and the staff providing the care.
