The role independently assesses priorities, risks, dependencies, and operational impacts; recommends appropriate action; and serves as a key liaison between Pharmacy Operations, Pharmacy Performance, Trend Management, and internal and external business partners to ensure pharmacy work is prioritized, governed, tracked, and delivered in alignment with business, regulatory, financial, clinical, and strategic objectives. Working within the Pharmacy Solutions team, the Program Manager leads governance processes, communication structures, stakeholder engagement, and execution oversight to drive pharmacy initiatives to their intended operational, financial, clinical, and strategic outcomes.
