You'll work closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and nursing leaders to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality care while supporting the growth and development of a team of more than 75 perioperative professionals, including Registered Nurses, Surgical Technologists, First Assists, Equipment Technicians, and Nursing Assistants. Demonstration of progressive nursing leadership in roles for example Charge Nurse, Assistant Clinical Manager, House Manager, Clinical Coordinator, Clinical Unit Leader and Chairperson of a Shared Governance Council/Committee or interdisciplinary team (not limited to these examples).
