In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to patients receiving radiation therapy, coordinate care with physicians and the broader care team, monitor patient needs, provide education and support, and serve as an important resource for patients and their families throughout treatment. Referrals: dietician, physical therapist, social worker, home care, Hospice, ostomy nurse, transportation coordinator, Oncology Department (coordination of chemo, blood transfusions, scheduling), financial counselor and ancillary services as indicated.
