Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including 2 years of non-travel staff experience; California registered nursing license in hand; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications; prior travel nursing experience; Trauma Level I experience; required experience with EPIC documentation; required influenza vaccination, with medical or religious exemptions accepted. Clinical responsibilities may include ventilator management, central and arterial line care, chest tube support, blood product administration, continuous intravenous sedation, vasoactive medication titration, cardiac rhythm management, renal replacement therapy, stroke care, neurological monitoring, post-neurosurgical care, and management of multisystem organ dysfunction.
