Master’s Degree in business preferred, healthcare administration or relevant field, and a minimum seven (7) years of healthcare management experience in an integrated hospital delivery system, Ambulatory Surgery Center(s), or large medical group of $100+ million revenues including extensive: or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Through a respectful, constructive, and energetic style, guided by Leadership and the objectives of company, the VPO provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
