The position works closely with the Chair, division chiefs, physicians, advanced practice providers, administrative leaders, and organizational partners to improve patient access, quality, patient experience, productivity, financial performance, and workforce engagement. The Administrative Director coordinates departmental operations, promotes consistent and effective administrative practices, supports physician and advanced practice provider performance, and ensures the responsible use of personnel, financial, technological, and physical resources.
