Key Responsibilities: Process referrals for home health agencies and coordinate patient start-of-care scheduling Provide administrative support to healthcare staff and department leadership Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Coordinate office activities and manage high-volume administrative workflows Communicate professionally with physicians, patients, clients, and team members Utilize network computer systems, email, internet, and internal applications Support scheduling, tracking, and office coordination activities Key Requirements and Technology Experience: High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred Intermediate proficiency with: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft PowerPoint Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional customer service and interpersonal skills Healthcare, medical office, hospital, or patient access experience Referral coordination or scheduling experience Experience supporting clinical or operational teams Our client is a leading Healthcare and Health insurance Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
