Float to units within the central pool and to areas such as hematology, oncology, orthopedics, med-surg/tele units, general surgery, neurology (and SDU), neurosurgery, ENT, and GYN, as well as ED boarders or surge areas when required. The role requires floating to multiple units within the central pool as needed, including Medical Surgical and Telemetry, with potential to support additional areas.
